Al Rajhi Bank’s shareholders approved, on March 29, 2021, the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 10% cash dividend (at SAR 1 per share) for 2020, the bank said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
They also approved the formation of the Shariah board for the upcoming three years, starting from the date of the ordinary general assembly.
The members of the Shariah board include Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Majid, Abdulaziz bin Hamin Al Hamin, Saleh bin Abdullah Al Lahidan, and Abdullah bin Nasser Al Salami.
