National Petrochemical Co.'s (Petrochem) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 7.5% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 0.75 per share, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on April 20, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement today, March 30, 2021.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, as well as set the maturity and payment dates according to regulations.
In addition, they will ratify board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020, as well as absolve the board members from liability for last year.
Shareholders can vote on agenda items as of April 18, 2021, through the Tadawulaty services.
