The shareholders also authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2021.
They also approved the board’s recommendation to discontinue setting aside 10% of net profit to the statutory reserve, as it reached 30% of capital and to allocate 10% of net profit to the consensual reserve.
