Arab National Bank's (ANB) shareholders approved the board's recommendation on distributing 4% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 0.40 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 30, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement today, March 31, 2021.

Shareholders also approved delegating the board of directors with the authorization power vested in the OGM under Paragraph 1 of Article 71 of the Companies Law, for one year, starting from the general meeting's approval date or the end date of the authorized board of directors’ term, whichever occurs earlier.
This is in line with the terms cited under the organizational controls and procedures issued in implementation of the Companies Law which deals with publicly listed joint stock companies.
