Saudi Electricity shareholders to vote on 7% dividend for 2020 on April 27

Saudi Electricity Co.'s (SEC) shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation of distributing 7% cash dividend, at SAR 0.70 per share, for 2020 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated on April 27, 2021.

Shareholders will also approve the board and auditor reports and financial statements for 2020.

 

They will vote on payment of SAR 892,500 remuneration to board members for 2020, as well as increasing the audit committee members to five from four.

 

Shareholders will vote on the agenda items as of April 23, 2021, through the Tadawulaty services.
