Saudi Telecom Co.’s (stc) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing an additional 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2020, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on April 26, 2021.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the agenda includes voting on elect members of the board of directors for the next session, starting April 28, 2021, for three years, ending on April 27, 2024.

 

The company announced in a separate statement that the dividend distribution for the fourth quarter of 2020 will be on May 24, 2021.
