Saudi Cement approves 20% cash dividend for H2 2020

Saudi Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the board recommendation on paying  cash dividend at 20%, or SAR 2 per share for H2 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 7, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute dividend for 2021 on quarterly or semi-annual basis, the statement added.
