stc shareholders approved a 10% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 2 billion, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 26, 2021.

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders also approved electing the members of the board of directors for the new three-year term, starting April 28, 2021.

 

The members are Prince Mohammed Al-Faisal, Khaled Biyari, Mohammed Al-Nahhas, Yazeed A. AlHumied, Rania Nashar, Sanjay Kapoor, Arndt Rautenberg, Sarah Al-Suhaimi, Ahmed Al-Omran, Jameel Al-Molhem, and Waleed Shukri.
