During the meeting, shareholders also elected board members for the next three-year term starting July 4, 2021. The new board includes Abdullah Abdulaziz Suleiman Al-Abdullatif, Ahmed Abdulaziz Saleh Al Haqbani, Saud Alsabhan, Abdulrahman AlSayyari, Abdullah Hamdan Al Sorayia, and Saleh Al-Khulaifi.
Meanwhile, they approved the formation of an audit committee for the same term and authorized the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
