Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on paying a 34% cash dividend for 2020, at SAR 3.4 per share, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 24.

Shareholders also delegated the board to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
They also approved the repurchase of a maximum of 326,000 shares, at a total amount of SAR 21.24 million, to be allocated within a period of 12 months for the Employees Long Term Incentive Program (LTIP).
The process will be financed from the company’s cash. The board was delegated to manage the purchase of shares within a period of 12 months.
