SEDCO Capital said it will pay cash dividend at 1.52%, or SAR 0.152 per unit, to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unitholders for the period starting April 1 to June 30, 2021, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.62% of the net asset value, according to the latest financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2020, the fund manager added.
