Musharaka Capital announced the distribution of 3% cash dividend to Musharaka REIT Fund unitholders for the first half of 2021, at SAR 0.30 per unit, amounting to SAR 26.40 million.
The dividend represents 2.99% of net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2020, the fund manager added.
