Derayah REIT Fund declares 1.8% dividend for Q4 2021

Derayah REIT Fund will pay a 1.8% cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021, at SAR 0.18 per unit, amounting to SAR 19.35 million, fund manager, Derayah Financial, said in a bourse statement today, Jan. 2.

 

The dividend represents 2.07% of net asset value (NAV) as of June 30, 2021.
