Shareholders of National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) approved the board's recommendation on paying a cash dividend at 8% of capital, or SAR 0.80 a share, totaling SAR 34.4 million, for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2021.
This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 9, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.
