Yansab shareholders to vote on paying 15% cash dividend for H2 2021 on March 23

Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.’s (Yansab) shareholders will discuss paying H2 2021 cash dividend at 15%, or SAR 1.5 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for March 23, 2022.

 

The dividend, totaling SAR 843.7 million, will be payable on March 30, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the auditor’s and board reports as well as financial statements for 2021. They will additionally vote on appointing an external auditor for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 2022, and Q1 2023, in addition to discharging board members from liability for 2021.

 

Shareholders will discuss disbursing SAR 1.4 million as board remuneration for 2021 and authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends, semi-annual or quarterly for 2022.
