AXA Insurance’s board plans 10% dividend for 2021

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for 2021, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 50 million.

In March 2020, the insurer’s board recommended distributing a cash dividend of 7%, at SAR 0.7 per share, as the first dividend for the company since its listing in 2009, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

However, the company later announced SAMA’s rejection to distribute the dividend in May 2020.
