ANB shareholders to vote on 4.5% dividend payout for H2 2021 on April 12

Shareholders of Arab National Bank (ANB) will vote on the distribution of a 4.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.45 per share, for the second half of 2021.

The EGM will be held online. Shareholders registered on Tadawulaty can start voting from April 8 until the end of the EGM.
