Alinma Bank shareholders to vote on 4% dividend for H2 2021 on April 13

Alinma Bank’s shareholders will vote on distributing a 4% cash dividend, at SAR 0.40 per share, for the second half of 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 13, according to a bourse statement.
