Al Hammadi board recommends 33% bonus issue, 4% dividend for Q1 2022

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment’s board of directors recommended today, March 24, a 33% capital increase to SAR 1.6 billion from SAR 1.2 billion, through issuing one bonus share for every three shares held, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board also recommended distributing a 4% cash dividend for Q1 2022, at SAR 0.4 per share.
