Kingdom Holding Co.'s shareholders will vote on board of directors' recommendation to distribute a 2.8% cash dividend for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated on April 17, according to a bourse filing.
The distribution will be carried out on a quarterly basis at the rate of 0.7% of the share's nominal value, at seven halalas per quarter for each issued share, for a total of SAR 259.4 million per quarter, provided that the eligibility for shareholders payments as follows:
