Shareholders of Saudi Cement Co. approved the board's recommendation on paying a cash dividend at 20% of capital, or SAR 2 a share, totaling SAR 306 million, for the second half of 2021.
This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 10, the company said in a bourse filing.
