Riyad Bank shareholders approve 5.4% cash dividend for H2 2021

Riyad Bank’s shareholders approved, on April 12, the board of directors’ recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 5.4% of capital, or SAR 0.54 per share, for H2 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 12, according to a bourse filing.
