SNB shareholders to vote on 9% cash dividend for H2 2021 on April 17

Saudi National Bank (SNB) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on the distribution of cash dividend at 9% of capital, or SAR 0.90 per share, for H2 2021, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 17, according to a bourse filing.
