Najran Cement shareholders approve 2.5% cash dividend for H2 2021

Shareholders of Najran Cement Co. approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 2.5% of the stock nominal value, or SAR 0.25 a share, for H2 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on April 13, according to a bourse filing.
