The board of directors was authorized to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
Moreover, the shareholders elected a new board for the new three-year term starting from May 21, 2022. The new board comprises nine members, including Abdulmalek bin Abdullah Al-Hogail as Chairman, Hamad Albazai as Vice Chairman, Abdulmohsen AlFares, Mohammed Bindayel, Abdulmuhsin Al-Hussein, Mutlaq AlMorished, Abdulrahman Addas, Saud Alnimir and Haitham Alshaikhmubarak.
They also approved the audit committee formation, work controls and remuneration for the same three-year term. It comprises Saad Alrwita, Abdulrahman Addas and Maher Alaiyadhi (independent members).
