SIIG plans 7.5% cash dividend for H2 2021, H1 2022 each

Saudi Industrial Investment Group's (SIIG) board of directors recommended, in a meeting held April 14, the distribution of 7.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.75 per share, for the second half of 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board also recommended 7.5% cash dividend for H1 2022.

Last week, shareholders of SIIG and National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) approved the merger of the two companies, Argaam reported.

 

SIIG’s capital was increased to SAR 7.55 billion to acquire all the issued shares in Petrochem.
