Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 9% of capital, or SAR 0.90 a share, for H2 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 17, according to a bourse filing.
Additionally, shareholders approved authorizing the board to pay interim dividends for 2022 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
Shareholders further approved allocating 2.85 million shares from the surplus treasury shares, resulting from the merger deal, for the first phase of the Key Employee Executive Plan.
