Care shareholders to vote on 10% cash dividend on May 17

National Medical Care Co.’s (Care) shareholders will discuss a 10% cash dividend for 2021, at SAR 1 per share, for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for May 17, the company said in a bourse statement.
