National Gypsum Co.’s (NGC) shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for May 26, according to a bourse filing.
The e-voting on the agenda items will start on May 22, the statement added.
