Budget Saudi shareholders to vote on 13% cash dividend for H2 2021 on May 17

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) shareholders will vote on the distribution of a 13% cash dividend for the second half of 2021, at SAR 1.3 per share, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), scheduled for May 17, the company said in a bourse statement.
