stc board declares 10% cash dividend for Q1 2022

stc's board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for the first quarter of 2022, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 2 billion, according to a bourse statement.

*The total number of treasury shares related to the employees' stock incentives plan stood at 2.85 million at the end of Q1 2022 and these shares are not entitled for any dividend distribution.

 

The company said that the dividend distribution comes in accordance with the approved dividend policy for three years starting from the Q4 2021, which was announced on September 27, 2021, and has been ratified during the ordinary general assembly meeting on November 30, 2021.
