Almunajem shareholders to vote on 20% cash dividend for 2021 on June 1

Almunajem Foods Co.’s shareholders will vote on the distribution of SAR 120 million cash dividend, at 20%, or SAR 2.00 a share, for 2021, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for June 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annually basis for 2022.

 

They will appoint external auditors and set their fees. The auditors will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2022.

 

Shareholders will vote on approving the business contracts concluded by the company.
