Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) shareholders approved a 5% cash dividend for H2 2021, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held today on May 12, the company said in a bourse statement.

Meanwhile, shareholders delegated the board of directors to distribute interim dividend for 2022 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis.
They also elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 25, 2022.
The new board includes Mayor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Ayyaf (Riyadh Municipality representative), Nayef Al-Hadithi, Fahd Al-Qasim, Sulaiman Al-Hatlan, Majid Al-Subaie and Abdul Al-Hussein as independent members.
It also comprises Abdullah Al-Bahouth (GOSI representative) and Ali Al-Hassoun as non-executive members.
