Savola shareholders approve 2% cash dividend for 2021

Savola Group shareholders approved the payout of a 2% cash dividend, or SAR 0.20 per share, for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 16.

The elected board members are Ahmed Al Humaidan, Ahmed Al Qahtani, Waleed Al Ghreri, Sulaiman Al-Muhaidib, Rakan Al Fadl, Mutaz Al Azzawi, Isam Almuhaidib, Bader Alissa, Mohamed Alissa, Bader Al-Rabiah and Fahad Al-Kassim.
