Alujain board declares 15% cash dividend for H1 2022

Alujain Holding Corp.'s board of directors recommended today, June 5, a 15% cash dividend, at SAR 1.5 per share, for H1 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

The company's general assembly has recently approved the dividend policy for 2022 and 2023, according to data available with Argaam.

 

Under the dividend policy, Alujain aims to pay a 10% cash dividend of the paid-in capital, or a minimum of SAR 1 a share, for the two years.
