SASCO shareholders approve 2.5% additional cash dividend for 2021

Saudi Automotive Services Co.’s (SASCO) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay an additional cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 a share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 14, according to a bourse filing.  

 

They also authorized the board to pay interim dividends for 2022 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, the statement added.
