Al-Omran shareholders approve 7.5% cash dividend for 2021

Shareholders of Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 7.5% of capital, or SAR 0.75 a share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on June 19, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders also elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Sept. 18, 2022, including Muhammad Al-Omran, Nasser bin Imran, Abdul Rahman Muhammad bin Imran, Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Ghadeer, and Fahad Al-Huwaimel.

 

They further gave the go-ahead for the formation of a new audit committee for the same three-year term. The new audit committee includes Fahd Saad Al-Huwaimel, Youssef Muhammad Al-Omran, and Saleh Abdullah Al-Munif.
