Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co.’s (Abo Moati) board of directors recommended today, July 28, the distribution of cash dividends at SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of capital, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, according to a bourse filing.
