stc board declares 10% cash dividend for Q2 2022

stc's board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for the second quarter of 2022, at SAR 1 per share, according to a bourse statement.

The total number of treasury shares related to the employees' stock incentives plan stood at 2.5 million at the end of Q2 2022 and these shares are not entitled to any dividend distribution, the statement added.

 

The dividend distribution comes in accordance with stc’s three-year dividend policy, which started in Q4 2021. This policy was announced on Sept. 27, 2021, and was ratified during the ordinary general assembly meeting on Nov. 30, 2021.
