AMAK board recommends 6% cash dividend for Q3 2022

Almasane Alkobra Mining Co.’s (AMAK) board of directors recommended the payment of a cash dividend at 6% of capital, or SAR 0.6 a share, for Q3 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul.

AMAK board of directors recommended last July to increase capital by 36.4% via a bonus issue through a capitalization of SAR 240 million, according to data available with Argaam. 

 

The board also proposed to pay a cash dividend at 20% of capital, or SAR 2 a share for H1 2022.
