National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) will convene its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Dec. 28 to vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a 12% cash dividend, or SAR 1.2 per share, for the fiscal year (FY) ended on Aug. 31, 2022, as follows:
