Naqi Water Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 10% of capital (SAR 1 per share) for Q2 and Q3 2022, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled to be held on Jan. 8, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
