SABIC Agri-Nutrients board recommends 80% cash dividend for H2 2022

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.’s board of directors recommended, on Dec. 19, an 80% cash dividend, or SAR 8 per share, for the second half of 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The board had recommended a cash dividend at SAR 4 per share for the second half of 2022, but due to the company's outstanding performance, the board recommended the distribution of additional SAR 4. Thus, the total dividend for H2 2022 reached SAR 8 per share, the company said.
