Ataa Educational Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for the fiscal year (FY) ended July 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Jan. 18, 2023.

In a statement to Tadawul, Ataa Educational said shareholders will vote on deals concluded between the company and Vice-Chairman, Ahmed Al-Mutib, in which he has a direct interest, and board member Farah Al-Mutib, who has an indirect interest. These are lease contracts for the Middle East and Al-Fikr Complexes, at a total value of SAR 13.6 million (non-preferential rules apply).
