National Learning shareholders approve 12% cash dividend for FY2021/22

Shareholders of National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) approved the board's recommendation on paying a cash dividend at 12% of capital, or SAR 1.2 a share, totaling SAR 51.60 million, for the fiscal year (FY) ended Aug. 31, 2022, the company said in a filing on Tadawul.
