Luberef board proposes 50% cash dividend for H2 2022

Saudi Aramco Base Oil Co.’s (Luberef) board of directors recommended, on Feb. 16, a 50% cash dividend, or SAR 5 per share, for H2 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available on Argaam, this is the first cash distribution for Luberef since its listing in December 2022.
