Americana shareholders to vote on 61.42% cash dividend for 2022 on March 28

Americana Restaurants International’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at SAR 0.046 a share (AED 0.045 per share), for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for March 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.
