Al Maather REIT to distribute 1.8% cash dividend for Q4 2022

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. announced the distribution of a 1.8% cash dividend to Al Maather REIT Fund unitholders for the fourth quarter of 2022, at SAR 0.18 per unit, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The dividend represents 2.2% of net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2022, the fund manager added.
