Yamama Cement shareholders approve 10% cash dividend for 2022

Yamama Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 10%, or SAR 1 a share, totaling SAR 202.5 million for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on March 20, according to a statement to Tadawul.
