Cenomi Centers ’s board of directors decided to distribute a 10% special cash dividend (SAR 1 per share) for the third quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The special dividend is attributed to Cenomi Centers’ robust business results, outstanding achievements in expanding operations, and the company’s proceeds of its successful program for selling for non-core assets.
Launched at the beginning of 2022, the sale program included two land plots, bringing the total proceeds of the asset sale program to nearly SAR 875 million, the statement added, noting that the sale of the remaining non-core assets, whose market value is estimated at about SAR 1.15 billion, is in the pipeline.
The board also decided to settle SAR 134 million of receivable balances from related parties within the framework of cash dividend payment to the main shareholders.
